What packages do you offer?
We offer 1 week, 2 week, 1 month, 3 month, yearly packages, and personalised one-on-one sessions.

What are your class timings?
Morning (10 AM–12 PM), Afternoon (12:30–2 PM), Evening (5–7 PM). Monday to Friday only.

Do you offer weekend classes?
No, we currently do not offer weekend sessions.

Do you offer individual coaching?
Yes. Contact us to check availability for one-on-one sessions.

What if I don't achieve my target score?
We provide continued support until you reach your goal.

What materials are provided?
All study materials, templates, and access to portal.ptepro.com.au for practice.

What is the class size?
Maximum 8–10 students to ensure personalised attention.

What are your business hours?
Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM AEST.
