IPT Brisbane reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to low enrolment, instructor unavailability, or force majeure events.
If a course is cancelled by IPT Brisbane, students will be offered the option to transfer to a different course or receive a full refund.
2. Student-Initiated Cancellations
Students who wish to cancel their enrolment must notify IPT Brisbane in writing via email or by submitting a cancellation request at the institute.
Cancellation requests must include the student’s full name, course details, and reason for cancellation.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be processed based on the timing of the cancellation request.
Cancellations made prior to course commencement may be eligible for a partial refund.
Once the course has started, refunds may not be granted, except in exceptional circumstances as determined by IPT Brisbane.
4. Course Transfers
Students may request to transfer to a different course or defer their enrolment to a later session instead of cancelling.
Course transfer requests must be made in writing and are subject to approval based on availability.
5. No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled class without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
Students who fail to attend without notice may be required to re-enroll and pay additional fees if they wish to resume the course.
6. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances (such as medical emergencies, visa refusal, or relocation) may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Supporting documentation may be required for such refund considerations.
