• Students are granted access to learning materials, online portals, and physical resources solely for educational purposes.
• Unauthorized use of institute facilities, technology, or study materials for personal or commercial gain is strictly prohibited.
• Students must maintain the integrity of IPT Brisbane’s digital and physical resources.

• All course content, including study materials, videos, and assessments, is the intellectual property of IPT Brisbane.
• Unauthorized reproduction, recording, or distribution of course content is strictly prohibited.
• Any violation of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

• Students attending in-person classes must adhere to health and safety protocols as outlined by the institute.
• IPT Brisbane is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred on the premises due to negligence or failure to follow safety guidelines.

• IPT Brisbane reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• It is the student’s responsibility to review and stay informed about any changes to these terms.

• IPT Brisbane is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from course participation, loss of data, or technical disruptions.
• The institute does not guarantee specific results or scores for students undertaking PTE or other courses.

Students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, suspension, or termination of enrolment.
